Vegetable Stir Fry
Vegetable stir fry is a fantastic way to get a heaping helping of veggies into your diet. Ready in 20 minutes or less, your liver, and taste buds will thank you!

Ingredients

bell pepper
cleaned, seeded, and sliced

red onion
sliced
2
cloves
garlic
chopped
1 cup
mushrooms
cleaned, peeled, and sliced
1
cup
spinach
1
cup
broccoli
cut into small pieces
1
tsp
olive oil
1
tsp
sesame oil
cracked black pepper
to taste
Servings:
Instructions
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a wok
Add the bellpepper, onion, garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes
Add the mushrooms, spinach, and broccoli and saute for another 3 mintues
Toss in the sesame oil
Serve immediately with a cracked black pepper to taste on top
