    Vegetable Stir Fry
  • Vegetable stir fry is a fantastic way to get a heaping helping of veggies into your diet. Ready in 20 minutes or less, your liver, and taste buds will thank you!

  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a wok
  2. Add the bellpepper, onion, garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes
  3. Add the mushrooms, spinach, and broccoli and saute for another 3 mintues
  4. Toss in the sesame oil
  5. Serve immediately with a cracked black pepper to taste on top
