  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic and rosemary in a medium bowl.
  3. Submerge mushrooms in mixture and allow to marinade for 15 minutes.
  4. Place mushrooms onto a lightly sprayed or oiled baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 3 minutes .
  6. Coat mushrooms with marinade once more.
  7. Flip mushrooms and bake for another 3 minutes.
  8. Place onion rings on top of mushrooms and add hamburger buns to oven, bake for 1 minute.
  9. Place basil on bottom bun followed by the portobello burger, tomato, onion, and avocado slices. Serve warm.
