    Peanut Butter Cookies
  • Try this healthier peanut butter cookie recipe made with organic, unsweetened peanut butter, banana and organic agave to satisfy that comfort-food craving, while staying health aware.


Servings: cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl mash the banana until smooth
  3. Add the peanut butter and agave and stir
  4. Add the flour and baking soda
  5. Using your hands, create small balls of dough and place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Using a fork, press down onto the ball to flatten, and again making a criss-cross shape.
  7. Bake cookies for about five minutes or until slightly browned.
  8. Allow to cool on a rack for at least five minutes prior to serving.
