    Fruit and Granola Parfait
  • A fruit and granola parfait is perfect any time of day. Get a serving of fruit, calcium, and fiber in one little cup of yum!

  1. Add a thin layer of yogurt to the bottom of two cups.
  2. Add a layer of pomegranate kernels on top of the yogurt.
  3. Add another layer of yogurt
  4. Add a layer of granola
  5. Add another layer of yogurt
  6. Top with mixed berries
