Baked Polenta with Cherry Tomatoes
With the perfect blend of herbs and spices, this vegetarian baked polenta with cherry tomatoes recipe will quickly become a flavorful favorite!

polenta

olive oil

rosemary

cups
cherry tomatoes

cloves
garlic
minced

tbsp
parmesan cheese
finely grated

cups
water
crushed black pepper
to taste
Servings:
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan
Add the polenta, reduce heat, and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir continuously
Remove from head and stir in the olive oil, rosemary, and parmesan cheese
Combine tomatoes and garlic
Place polenta in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes
Remove polenta and top with tomatoes and garlic, bake for another 10 minutes
Top with crushed black pepper and serve immediately
